Just had Tony Melo sell my Dads house for me in the Bay Villages area of Watsonville. I live 80 miles away and the house needed a lot of TLC to get it ready for the market. I reviewed work orders and invoices and Tony got everything done at a rapid pace and very reasonable costs. Then from the time the house was listed, marketed and sold Tony was on top of everything. Negotiating offers and counter offers and making sure all i's were dotted and t's were crossed. Keeping me informed daily during negotiations and providing a weekly summary in writing of all that transpired.
 
Whether your a seller or buyer Tony is who you should have as your agent. He is competent, thorough and follows through on all his commitments and has the highest integrity. I'm in my 70s and have bought and sold several houses in my time. There is no real-estate agent that I've experienced that comes close to Tony. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
